No parking even though stated accessible parking. When we spoke to them they stated first come first served but in the room it stated street parking only. We had to park streets away. It stated wheelchair accessible but definitely wasn't as could just get in through the door and then no room to move around. Toilet door smaller than standard. Another guest used their code which was the same as ours and came into our room whilst I was changing. This made us feel unsafe. I messaged the property about this but though 24/7 customer service my message was ignored. Stated EV charger on e of the reasons why we booked but was just an outside plug which needed a special lead and wasn't accessible. It stated soundproofed room. It was so noisy in the room that we could hear everything and was 2am before shouting, toilets flushing, banging stopped and then started again early next morning. We would have left the 1st night if we had somewhere to go and though we paid for 2 nights instead decided to drive home for 6 hrs in the dark after our event rather than stay another night. Whilst we were waiting to leave, the cleaner knocked and told us we should have been out. Told her we were leaving but had actually booked 2 nights.

The property was exceptional, better than the pictures provided, very clean spacious and in a good location for what was required. Bed was very comfortable, clean, amenities were good. Very easy to access, keyless entry.

There wasn’t anything bad.

so tidy and so clean love it in short time however will back again
