Definitely would stay again, I had 3 rooms and my other family booked as well! We loved it

The room was beautiful and very clean. Love the layout. On Sat morning, we did not have access to the coffee in the lobby because they did not open the lobby until 9 am. We could hear TV's and even walking/jumping from other rooms. Pet next door to us kept scratching around on the floor/walls.

The staff was amazing. Our door would not lock in our original room. We were swapped out quickly and efficiently. It was our first, but definitely not our last time with this brand.

I loved staying there :) the only problem i would have, was the people above us! They would get really loud!!

The room was clean and spacious. The doors closed loudly and I could hear everything in the next room. Tried to return room keys to checkout, but no one was at the desk (about 9:30 am).

First let me say that Brooke was friendly and very helpful even when I called before office hours on Sunday. The first day the door on 115 was hard to open, had to get Brooke to help, she said settling was the problem - needs attention.

Some concerns: 1. It was very disturbing to learn that there is no-one, no security, front desk staff, etc., on site during the night. No one to control people misbehaving, loud noise, music, etc. 2. This is a major concern, a group of teens or young adults gathered both nights behind Belk’s. They drag race, cut donuts, rev engines, and play super loud music. There’s evidence of this all over the parking lot. Police need to ensure this activity is stopped each night. Or the mall owner needs to devise a method of controlling entry into that area. All this action was directly across from our bedroom. 3. Smoking Area is too close to building. People gathering to smoke, drink, joke, laugh, scream all too loudly close to room 115. 4. Loud in General - People too loud in commons area, coming and going to rooms, etc. Playing music too loud in their vehicles parked near the building. Post signs in areas to remind people to quietly go about their business. Security 24/7 would help with this too. 5. No ice machine, just empty ice trays - have to wait many hours to get ice for a drink. 6. Separate switches needed for the light and fan in the bathroom. Fan makes too much noises when up in the night. 7. Shower needs a handheld wand and hose. 8. Post a sign saying what to do with the keys when checking out before office hours. Can’t wait around till 9 on Sunday to get on the road. The only mention of the keys is on the back of the door and it says Do Not Leave the Keys in the room! Studio - Disability Access Room Poor Designed! May not even be ADA Compliant. 1. The number one reason most people need an Accessibility room is due to mobility issues - hips, knees, trouble moving, walking, etc. 2. 115 was at the very BACK of the building - the longest walk for any room. 3. No handicapped parking in the back near the entrance door. 4. No luggage cart to move suitcases and other items requiring multiple trips to the farthest point of the building.

Great place to stay, clean, safe, and priced very reasonable.

The concept for this motel is unique. They are not staffed overnight. Late checkins are accommodated via lock box. There is no elevator, so be ready to lug bags up a flight of stairs. Worst of all, it has a separate bedroom but NO DOOR!!! The space is useless without a door. And, there is plenty of room to place a door. I hope they retrofit the rooms with a door.

Great place to stay. It’s quiet and clean.
