stayAPT Suites San Antonio-Lackland

This place is exceptional! Very clean and modern. The beds are very comfy. The bedroom seemed soundproof .The staff is exceptional, Mary was very helpful and exceeded my expectations in accommodations! Great location.

Location and size of room and amenities

The only complaint I can think of is the AC. It was working excellent but I kept hearing dripping noise from the unit inside after AC would stop

Everything was good except the floors were super dirty! Our feet and kids feet were black…

For the price this was a great stay, would have loved for it to be cleaned a little better but overall was a nice experience.

Parking was very easy and secure. Staff was great, rooms were very clean and location was in a safe area. I was really surprised as this was my first stay here. Exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay again!!

Everything was as exoected

Property from the outside was neat and clean. Team in the front while checking in were friendly. The room was standard. When entering the apartment it did seem nice. But upon further examination the are was not properly cleaned. The dishes were dirty, something smeared on bathroom wall, the couch what looked like a stain was actually food smeared that had not been cleaned. The little couch table was sticky. Water pressure for the shower was horrible.

Love the full kitchen and separate bedroom. The front desk was super helpful
