Great service and friendly staff

It's a Lovely Hotel , nice and clean. Very spacious breakfast area which I appreciated. I may just book Hamptons in the future only

Great stay. Great staff.

Staff was friendly and facilities very nice.

There were 2 beds in the room. We pulled the sheets back on the first bed and there were back flecks of dirt throughout. Looking closer there were black hairs here and there as well. The second bed was clean, so we informed the front desk of the issue. They offered to move us, but it was after 11pm when we discovered this and we were exhausted from a long day, so we stayed put, but we are still grossed out by this experience.

Well maintained, relatively new, comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast and friendly staff

all was in order

Rooms are spacious and quiet and the beds a very comfortable. The service we good at both check in and check out. I was also impressed by the selection and quality morning breakfast buffet.

Very well kept and clean. Close to where we wanted to go. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent I would recommend this place.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel this time because I was out for brunch with friends but I have eaten it before and it was always very good. Varied and fresh options. Abundant and very enjoyable area to eat. And, like anything else in the hotel, spotless clean.

I have never found anything I disliked at this hotel or any other of the same chain on either side of the border. Keep doing the great job you're doing!
