Loud freeway noise and thin walls. We could hear the neighbors all day long. Also didn’t know this was a hotel where people live at. No extra blankets or towels.

Staff is friendly and willingness to make your stay great

Everything- the staff was horrible. They kept telling us our reservation was canceled and we would call them back and ask what the problem was and fix whatever needed fixed. Since we were a late arrival, we called (again) to see what needed to be done since staff isn't at front. They said call when we get there. We did and the lady once again told us the reservation was canceled. It was a shit show and a horrible experience. Rude staff

The staff made it so easy to have a late check in and access my room key. The property itself is quiet and well maintained. I’m glad there’s a separate kitchen/living area from the sleeping area. Would definitely like to stay here again.

It was clean and peaceful.

Overall it was good. Good location for us and easy to get to. Unit and property were nice.

I was disappointed with how the unit was stocked. It was lacking trash cans, trash bags, paper towels, dish towels, and a hair dryer. We made it work, but I felt like those should have been provided.
