The late night arrival was to hotel was a bit terrifying, since it is close to the road, the reception is on the other side of the road in the restaurant and you have to wonder a bit to find someone who would let you in. BUT I was warned in advance about this situation by the host, so all is fine. In the morning all looked much better. The views around made me feel like I am in Tuscany region in Italy. Very nice. Location is good for the one on the road, not the city center. Room was good, spacious, a bit outworn in some areas, but we did not expected 5* hotel. The best thing is the breakfast and restaurant which belongs to the same property/owners. It was so delicious, you get so much food, and all is home made. Mellon and water melon are just from the garden from the fields behind restaurant. Food is freshly baked in the local fireplace. Amazing taste for everything we got. A separate A+ for that and all 5 stars for meal and love that they bring to guests in the morning. The food and the views while having breakfast makes this a signature place for the road travelers. A must stay or at least a must to try the restaurant and food made on real fire.

WiFi is weak and was not working at all, even GSM signal was very weak, so if you depend on the internet - that might be an issue.

Very clean, a great service and as we were leaving very early the next morning 06:00 a fabulous breakfast was still provided for us.

Staff was helpful. He helped us bring our luggage’s up. There was no lift. We left behind a pair of jeans, called them and they responded fast. Found it and even wanted to courier to us. However we went back to collect it after our tour ended in a week.

No lifts. Difficult if you have back problem. No instructions on how to use the coffee machine.

Exactly what it claims to be. A bed and breakfast, attached to an excellent local restaurant. I can highly recommend eating dinner at the restaurant and as a result breakfast in the morning was delicious and a feast! The rooms are large and very comfortable for a B&B styled accommodation. The local beach is a great place to swim too. The views over the wine lands were pretty too.

The AC in our room did not work particularly well, but seemed to work fine in our children’s room, so perhaps we were just unlucky?

Nice and clean rooms. Free coffee & tea and very good breakfast.
