Humidity was very high in the room and it was rather cold (AC not working). Maybe a dehumidifier would be necessary, not sure if it is related to the old walls which they preserved beautifully. But we were in the room only in the night so not a big problem overall

The room was very charming and large. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We got a detailed tour of all the room amenities and also the people who made the breakfast were very kind.

The hotel is located in the heart of the medieval town. Easy access to nice stores, restaurants, bars. The center of the city is also nearby, a 15 minute walk. The suite was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perhaps a cupboard or hanging system in the main room and not in the bathroom would be more practical.

The owner was very friendly, assisting with transportation to and from the airport. Help with local food and drinks. Apartments were so nice, bed comfortable all very clean. Recomendation for everyone to try

Great location! Female staff nice.

Male staff unfriendly. They said they have free parking nearby but it's not really accurate. It's public parking after driving roads that are too small for anything except a subcompact car. My car actually got stuck even with the mirrors folded in and I had to reverse 200 meters. Luckily I'm a good driver lol.. Also they didn't advise or send a small golf cart to get me, or take me back to My vehicle. So had to carry suitcases 800 meters with severe arthritis flare up in my ankle. The bathrooms need update, also the rooms are very dark just one tiny window (which is normal in old town but some hotels do have bright rooms) The worst thing was the breakfast and coffee. No real coffee machine and the breakfast is one very very nice lady but without a proper kitchen making some basic things. Despite this they charged me a half day rate extra to check out a few hours after checkout.

Hotel was absolutely lovely. Staff was so helpful with dinner suggestions which were incredible, help with taxis and more. Great location in center of the old town. Everything is walkable. Best part is that it is a very quiet area which was fabulous.

This accommodation is suited in a fantastic location in Rhodes Old Town, close to the main streets yet still so quiet in the suites, and within walking distance to the beach too. Breakfast is served in the lovely little courtyard. Our spacious room (No.8) was excellent with high ceilings, a large shower, sofa and very comfortable bed. It made a difference having a powerful hairdryer and a iron provided in the room too. All of the staff are so friendly and Irene could not have been more approachable and helpful with advice and tips of the area and restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay there and we will definitely be recommending Ancient Knights Luxury Suites to others, and staying again when we return to Rhodes.
