good low-mid range option in the heart of Old Town Marbella, but in just far enough away from the main squares (ie: 3 - 5mins walk), so it's peaceful. Very clean and tidy, with reasonable facilities. bedroom, bathroom with shower (no bath), kitchen, lounge area. Easy access with doorcode and keys in a lockbox.

Generally everything was good. If I had to pick something, it would be that, as the apartment I stayed in was on the ground floor, there was limited natural light and a very mild sense of damp in the air. But the lighting within the apartment was excellent, and opening the window for 30mins of so, when you come back to the apartment, clears any of the damp feeling.

The smell of humidity and mold was really bad in the apartment, toilet paper and even clothes were moist and smelly. It was cold as well, heating was only in the bedroom and it warmed up only the bedroom so last night I shared a bed with my family member because I couldn’t sleep in living room because of the cold. Only hot water came from bathroom tap when we arrived, maintenance guy came quickly but we think tap problem was because of nobody used this for a long time. We were 2 people 3 nights and I had to ask to bring more tea because there were only 3 packets. Also had to ask to change towels because they don’t get dry when it is cold and humid in the room.. Overall we were glad that we only stayed 3 nights, otherwise I think we would moved some other place.

Perfect location in the old part of the city. Easy to walk to the beach. Nice rooftop view. Plenty of space. Lots of recommendations from the host.

No elevator. Not a big deal but just a warning in case you have mobility issues. Host helped me with my bags.
