The location was good. Few blocks from the closest subway station. Staffs were all friendly and approachable. Shout out to Sam, who gave us good customer service.

When we checked-in, room was dusty. Towels were over used and hard. We asked for extra towels and they were all the same. It needed much of replacements.

Astoria is a nice neighborhood and the hotel is in this neighborhood close to the airport It is close to the subway to go to manhattan

The rooms are in good size and clean Great location the stuff is nice and helpful
