BOM DIA ! TEM QUASE 2 MESES QUE ESTOU ENTRANDO EM CONTATO COM A POUSADA SOBRE O SUMIÇO DO TABLET DA MINHA FILHA QUE NAO ME DERAM EXPLICAÇAÃO E NAO ME PASSARAM AS IMAGENS DAS CAMERAS. ESTOU TENTANDO RESOLVER DA MELHOR MANEIRA MAS NAO ESTOU TENDO RETORNO.

localização e atendimento da equipe do cafe da manha

quarta entregue com chuveiro em péssimo estado (entupido e chuveiro aberto direto). Lâmpada em cima da pia quase queimada bem opaca e sem iluminar direito. Box sem porta e molha o banheiro quando se toma banho. Básculas do box emperradas madeira. Consultei sobre estacionamento me foi respondido que não tinham mas indicariam locais próximos ao chegar mas não sabiam e me virei sozinho. O check-in on line ao não funcionou e a recepção da pousada nem sabia que existia (fiz de novo). A pousada não tem placa com a indicação POUSADA MARUJOS porque o foco e restaurante.

Très bien situé dans le centre de buzios, chambre propre avec douche eau chaude eau froide. Possibilité de manger sur place, personnel agréable et chaleureux.

La excelente atención del personal que te hace sentir como en tu propia casa , el desayuno es bueno , mi estadía fue muy cómoda y placentera . Felicito a todo el personal de la posada.

Achei bem localizada, e o quarto, apesar de pequeno, era muito aconchegante…

Não gostei de um cofre que ficou fazendo barulho a noite toda e o café da manhã não tinha mt variedade
