Hi everyone, booked this treebo alaka rester stay which is located very near to the city center Manager took special care and guidance in always until we left the property ,thanking him and I recommend this place 🤠

1) Central location - about 1-1.5 km from the City center that houses all Restaurants and Bus Stand. Calm, quiet and peaceful locality surrounded by household and a safe looking place. 2) Room - Spacing, Bedding, Chairs, Table are all ok. Quality of Toiletries are ok. Would be good if the Washing Machine is kept in working condition, especially when we stay more than 2 nights. 3) Provision of Water & Breakfast - Good arrangements; Local, homemade Breakfast was provided. It was good, healthy and tasty and not overpowering. Also, Tea / Coffee provided - ok quality. Water - Packaged Water is provided; also, Water filter is available on the 2nd floor pantry, from which one can fill up required water. 4) Service - Full time attendant is available and also a helper. They do a good & quick job and available throughout to attend to any issue and ad-hoc requirements, as well. They can also arrange for Cab, Food, etc.

1) Location - as road repair work was going on, it was difficult to locate the place, especially in the night. Need to proactively advise the future occupants, till the road issue is fixed. 2) Room - No storage space (Cupboard) was provided in my room. Also, the Walls of the room need to be painted as they are dirty as also the Ceiling that has lot of black marks or mold? left on it. As I stayed for 5 consecutive nights, these were serious issues for me. 3) Amenities - Need to repair the Washing Machine and provide the same, especially if stay is beyond 2 nights, it becomes a key requirement. Also, need to have a tie up with a quicker Laundry service.

The staff was cooperative, room was good and water supply was nice with warm water.

I have booked standard rooms to stay with my kid and got the worse stay i have ever been at. I asked for upgrade if possible then response was all ghe rooms are booked, bedsheets were stained, ceiling was messy, no cupboards and no facilities. I booked at elite plaza through booking.com as i cannot stay at this unhygienic place with my kid. No refund received, not even an apology by the staff. I recommend, people to not book here and request reebo as well as booking.com to unlist this place
