ペットがギシギシいいすぎて寝つけませんでした。隣の部屋や階段の音がすごく聞こえて寝れませんでした。隣の部屋のトイレの音まで聞こえてきました。

"Very good location, clean and decent hotel for a short stay."

Rooms were relatively spacious for Japanese standards beds were clean. We only stayed for one night. Overall good value for the money.

Check-in was contactless and a bit confusing but we figured it out.

"Superb"

The room was very spacious. We were able open 4 of our big luggage. The coach was quite comfortable.

The room is a little dark at night. It would be good to have some extra table lamps.

"Hotel is self service only and not near train station."

Cleanliness and large family room

No staff on premises, long walk from Sapporo station, luggage rack is a mess and locks don't work. Not easy to find food nearby. Entrance doors are not unlocked until 9am.
