The food and bed is good.

The staff’s professionalism was very poor. During check-in, they got my reservation date wrong and insisted with complete confidence that my booking was not for that day. After they realized the mistake, there was no apology — they simply continued the check-in process as if nothing had happened. After check-in, nobody assisted with our luggage until we asked. When we finally arrived at the room, the key cards had not even been activated, so we had to stand outside waiting again in the heat for quite a while. During the briefing, we were told that the room offered views of both the sunrise and sunset. However, the sunset view was completely blocked by surrounding buildings. I don’t understand why guests are given this kind of misleading introduction and unnecessary expectation in the first place. Another issue that really upset me was the attitude of the staff during meals. The servers would often ignore me and speak only to my male partner. Even when pouring water, they would only pour a single glass for him and focus solely on his needs. My husband even had to remind them to pour water for me as well. I found this extremely disrespectful and frustrating.

Grosses Familienzimmer, Frühstücksbuffet wäre umfangreich gewesen wenn das Personal das Essen regelmässig aufgefüllt hätte - auch fehlten regelmässig Tassen und Trinkgläser, sehr hellhörige Zimmer, Housekeeping sehr laut am morgen - es wird früh am morgen an der Zimmerglocke geläutet und gefragt ob Housekeeping durchgeführt werden kann, faules Personal welches lieber miteinander plaudert anstatt etwas zu tun, schmutzige Gänge. Im Grossen und Ganzen ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht gegeben!!

Le + de cette établissement est clairement les 3 piscines , incroyable avec vue ou non , vous avez le choix ! Le lit était également confortable et la proximité avec le centre

Nous travaillons dans l’hôtellerie restauration et pour un hôtel avec ce standing très déçu par le personnel qui en a rien à faire de vous , on ne nous a même pas demandé si ça c’était bien passé (nous avons passé 4 nuits quand même) le restaurant est à éviter, pas demandé saveur , tout arrive froid et quand nous le disons au personnel ils nous répondent « okay » genre rien à faire .

AMAZING STAFF... Just amazing experience!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! One of my favourite hotels EVER. The bathrooms are amazing... Truly. Top notch showers and top notch beds.

The room was comfortable and cozy. The pool had a nice view of the sea. Staff were excellent.
