Coedrath Park 20 - Modern Apartment, Close to the Beach

The apartment met all our needs,enjoyed the balcony to sit out for coffee and in the evening s. Location was very good, easy 5minute walk to town and beach

Stairwell to apartments was disappointing

Clean, spacious apartment, 10 mins walk to town centre

Lovely layout of flat and great amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer). Main room matress is comfortable. Steps werent much of an issue (and I had a 5 month old baby with me) for a 4 night stay. Nice touch there was tea/coffee and a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival (and small box of shortbread!).

The flat need a very good clean, flooring has moved and left gaps (potential trip hazards), shower pressure is poor, family room matress's are very uncomfortable, and not much comfortable seating in living area. Found it odd you're asked to empty bins before you leave (never had this at other accommodations). On day of arrival and morning of leaving there was lots of noise outside (appeared to be repairs ready for Easter break), which was off-putting. Owners need to spend £10 on a better clothes airer (one provided is very cheap and appears broken). Much like others have said, keybox outside is super fiddly to open (could do with replacing).

Great size and price, beautiful location.

It was really nice and clean apartment inside with amazing views of the balcony. I really enjoyed the time there. Very highly recommended 👌

The only things I didn't like was the recycle bin in the balcony front of the doors. I think they shouldn't be there I was struggling to go to my apartment cuz of them
