"A run down hotel that needs updating and cleaning regime"

The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the food in the restaurant Air conditioner worked well

Very poor standard of cleanliness. Bedding smelt musty. Bathroom had lots of mould and smelt unpleasant.

"Great stay in Palangkaraya with w family of 5"

Breakfast buffet is good and staff is friendly. Located very central in Palangkaray, so serves as a good base for visiting all sides of the city. While the staff was not extremely fluent in english, they had no problems in expressing themselves and helping us out when needed. The family room is great for a family of 4, but we didn't regret booking a second room since we're with 5. (kids aged 4-6-8) The hotel booked this second room next to the family room for added comfort.

The swimming area is bit smaller than how it appeared on the pictures. This didn't stop our kids from having fun, especially with the glass "see through" sides of the pool. In the end, the pool is also just an added bonus and not the main reason we came to Palangkaraya.
