"Great find for South Haven / Saugatuk"

The beds were comfortable. The AC worked great and the location was ideal. Just 20 minutes to Saugatuk and 5 minutes to downtown South Haven. Breakfast was a good selection.

Nothing really. Limited exposure to staff so not easy to rate.

"Exceptional staff and exceptional, beautiful clean room met all my expectations"

From the moment I walked in the door Gabby at the reception desk. She was wonderful, friendly, explained everything because I had a special mobility room. The room was unbelievably clean and beautiful and loved how It was set up for being in a wheelchair. The breakfast was an added, pleasant surprise, and was very good. I would highly recommend this location and hotel to everyone.

The only possible complaint was the little chaise lounge was not conducive to being handicapped. It was very narrow and had a bend in the seat.(making it uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time)
