House cleaning could be better I had to get my own towels and toilet paper

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices all looked fresh. We really enjoyed the fact that this hotel was super quiet.

The price was pretty high.

Clean. Newly renovated or fairly new hotel. Spacious rooms. Close to downtown South Haven and easily accessible. Only reason it wasn’t five stars all around is our shower drain was backed up.

The AC kept turning off and the room would heat up to about 75 (even though it was set to 69) then it would kick back on. I woke up several times throughout the night because the temperature varied so frequently. There was an oil spill (that looked like water) in the parking lot that my son slipped and fell in. Otherwise it was very clean and great service. It is the best out of the other brand hotels in town. The other ones smell too much like MJ.

Everything was great except the bathroom door didn’t close because the top hinge was bent and didn’t line up correctly. There was an issue with the lights going off and on by itself not sure what that was about. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Gabby at the front desk went above and beyond to see that our stay was just what we hoped for. All of the staff was friendly and professional but she was our favorite. Clean, spacious and kept up-to-date still feels and smells like a newer property. Comfortable beds, room darkening blinds, nice hot breakfast selection also fruit and cereal, etc. will always stay here when in the area.

The staff were not professional. I called after the trip concerning my deposit, and the guy at the front desk lied to me about a manager on site. They swiped my card for the room deposit, so it charged my card. But now it's not showing a credit for the deposit. It's showing the deposit was paid. Not cool.

For the price of 350.00 for one night and the room issues, it didnt add up. Bathroom dirty, sink clogged, hair clog in the shower not yaken care of. Toilet loose frim the floor. Several light non working in the room or bulbs out. Keruig coffee cups but no coffee maker? Why? Didnt call to change the room as hotel was reportedly full. The rest of the facility, pool breakfast was great. Tbe pricewas outrageous for the room issues we had. Disappointed.
