La ubicación.

Tenia el piso roto a la salida del baño. Mala aislacion acustica con el departamento superior. No hay cortinas de oscurecimiento en el dormitorio. No dejaron productos de limpieza general. No habia toallas de mano y cara. No había toallas de pileta. No habia elemntos para la playa. No andaba la heladera, era vieja y hacia mucho ruido, no salia el agua ni el hielo.

The best stay for the price in the whole Miami area.

La proximité de Océan drive. Très facile d’accès. Place de parking avec la chambre. Très propre. J’avais réservé une petite unité avec deux chambres cuisine. Super bien pour les parents enfants ou amis.

Nous avons essayé de mettre la Clim réversible pour mettre un peu de chaleur dans la chambre car il faisait un peu frais mais pas moyen. Les oreillers un peu trop épais. Et la literie fait un peu la cuvette.

First the windows were extremely filthy, lots of dust, looks like never washed. Second, no sound barrier through the windows, could hear every conversation outside. Third, in the kitchen, when the microwave and stove were being used at the same time, the power would shut down. Fourth, in the living room, if your using the hair dryer, the power would also shut down. Fifth, after all the power was shut down in the whole room, we tried contacting staff but from 10 pm to 8 am, no one answered. This resulted in the whole night without any electricity. No power for fridge, TV, charging phone, etc. After staff finally replied at 8 am, they said they could come in and fix at 10 am. Which meant I had to wait the whole morning, delaying my whole schedule. I reserved the room for 5 people, but there was only enough neccessities such as shampoo for about 2 people. We couldn't request for more as they couldn't send staff until 8 am. Additionally, the shower door had a broken handle. I want to request a refund for one day's room fee.

La ubicación excelente, el barrio muy tranquilo y familiar

Muy poco equipada la cocina, las llaves de la ducha difícil de utilizar para regular el agua, mesa de comedor muy chica, edificio antiguo

Sehr gute Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, wenn auch nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Da nirgends Bay Harbor suites angeschrieben wurde. Unser Apartment war geräumig und sauber, 2 bequeme doppel-Betten und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern. Das Internet ging perfekt. Genügend Parkplätze in direkter nähe. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Gebäude und Pool schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Schlafzimmer kann nicht ganz abgedunkelt werden und da das Haus die ganze Nacht angeleucht (gut für die Sicherheit) ist, schläft man quasi in einem hellen Zimmer...hinzu kommt dass das Haus sehr dünne Wände hat und in der Wohnung darüber jede Nacht (2 von 2) zwischen 24:00 und 4:00 Morgens Lärm (herumlaufen, musik, möbel verschieben, ...) war.
