Really spacious and clean with free parking

Nothing really. Maybe could have done with some more side seating/sofa space.

The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy. Nice small garden to sit outside.

Parking was difficult.

Really good space, all the bedrooms were a great size and although we couldn’t make use of the garden because of the weather it would be a great addition in the summer

Not really a dislike but the only slightly annoying thing was no full length mirrors in the bedrooms which would have been handy but that’s a really minor picky point - otherwise it was perfect

Prefect for a group of girls who had travelled to see to attend the Rugby World Cup final - plenty of room for the 7 of us.

A good location, clean, spacious and good value for money. Sainsbury’s is round the corner and close to bus stops etc

We had to wait an hour after check in time to check in as cleaners were there cleaning the property as the previous people had moved out late. This meant we couldn’t settle in before collecting family from the airport. I think the property is nice but could do with more regular maintenance and checking some of the basics are there before we move in. In fairness they did fix things that we flagged to them.

Location was good for bus routes and Surbiton mainline rail services. Having one bedroom with 3 single beds, plus 2 double bedrooms was ideal for our party of 5 ladies.

As noted in other reviews, the property is ‘tired’ in parts and would benefit from some redecoration and TLC. The house is marketed as ‘Surbiton Luxury Garden House 19’ ….. the house, in its current state, is certainly not luxury but maybe the clever wording refers to the garden as luxury?! However, aside from these things we enjoyed our stay.

Good location for visiting family and centre of London. Spacious rooms comfortable beds and living area.

Property is a bit tired ie: bedroom furniture doors were coming off. Not enough cutlery and only hand towels supplied. Smell from upstairs bathroom drains filled the house daily.

The hosts were great at communicating and provided answers to all questions promptly. The location was good and kitchen / living room area was nice

The bedrooms and bathrooms were much more worn and dated than the pictures lead you to believe. Old carpets, furniture and beds made it a little uncomfortable. The upstairs shower also didnt work throughout the stay as there was no pressure.
