Hotel Gran Palma Paracas

Staff were unfriendly and acted put out to have to deal with guests. Not particularly accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable but small. Street side was very loud. Breakfast on the balcony was lovely. Don't eat down by the pool, the food wasn't good and again, they acted put out to have to cook.

The rooms were ok. The pool area needs some TLC but it was clean enough. The rooms don’t have air conditioning or very good airflow but there is a large ceiling fan. Beds were ok and the linen was clean. The buffet area is cute and the food was perfect to start the day. I would recommend the hotel for anyone staying one night.

The front desk lady was miserable. Not friendly at all. It was our fist time here and I will not recommend. If you have an option to choose another stay please do. The pool was in horrible condition and breakfast wasn’t good. Also I paid with a view room and I was given a small room on the first floor next to the front desk. False advertisement. Do not stay here.

Everything in town is within walking distance (since it’s a small town). We stayed here for one night and had a good experience.

We stayed here just for the days we were doing our tours outside in the city like Huacachina we would leave and come back just to shower and sleep. I don’t recommend to spend the day at this hotel pool of restaurants I didn’t look clean at all the hotel had a bad smell, the cleaning lady used a dirty mop cleaning the floors, Restaurant look very unsanitary grease Pool was not clean or I don’t think it was treated I was not going to take a chance so basically

No frills mediocre budget hotel ok for the value, but for me personally I feel strong smell of chemicals ( they have to choose less harsh materials for cleaning). convenient location to the dock and restaurants. Breakfast with a view of beach .

Loacation was great. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants , souvenir stores and artesanal ice cream. Also there a couple of travel agencies that will take care of your excursions for decent rates. We did not like that there was not an elevator, especially if you are a little over the hill.The rate should have been around $50.00 , but now all the hotels are expensive in Paracas.

This hotel is well maintained and clean. Rooftop breakfast service is okay. Room and bath design a bit constrained but adequate. No room safe provided. Outside noise of poultry, dogs, delivery trucks and adjacent commercial area starts about 4:30 to 5:00 am. Suggest bringing ear plugs to sleep better.

I spent a night with my wife and two children. The area is very good, a few steps from the beach. Breakfast is basic, but good, and it is served on the top floor with a good view. Paracas is a great place to visit, although half of the city seems to being built, and the other half is falling apart.
