The ease of check-in and check-out, clean and comfortable beds and bathroom facilities in a lovely 1912 heritage building.

Room air-conditioning did not appear to work (Room 1) despite repeat stopping and starting, however the room was comfortable enough at night.

Location was good for finding great food and shops

The entire facility was way below any positive rating The bathroom did not exist, there were seven shower stalls some without locks shared by male and female . The toilets were two upstairs were the bed rooms were and two downstairs and a very with very unsafe access the bathroom and toilets were all accessible by the public through the unsecured back access There was no onsite staff at arrival and the “ continental breakfast “ was not supervised and only individual packets of ceral tea and coffee Very poor washing up facilities and not supervised

Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was great value

Great repurpose of an old hotel. Excellent facilities right in town with great off street parking
