The location. Well located, 3 mins away from the beach, there's also several markets close by.

First of all, I want to say that I don't like to do this kind of reviews, but I got myself forced after the mess the property was. We arrived around 7 PM and after have read several times the instructions to get the keys, the key safe lock did not contain the keys so I had to do an international call for the manager to send somebody to open the apartment. We were with a baby so it was not the great to wait for 20/30 mins to get somebody opening us. The apartment had several issues, no coffee machine, poor internet connection, not hot water at all time, really dirty balconies (pigeon poop) and doors not closing properly (imagine the insecurity feeling when you have a baby and you leave the apartment the whole day). On the other hand, heating did not properly work for 2 days and it was cold at night, so not the best feeling. Fridge did not work for a complete day, so everything we bought for the freezer was thrown to the garbage and what's worse, we had medicines for myself and my baby that were not able to be used anymore. I'm planning to sue the apartment and booking because of this because their reaction was just not right. They told me to wait until next day, after telling me several times somebody was coming on the very first day. Eventually nobody came But the biggest problem was their super poor level or response or understanding/listening/service. I eventually contacted them like 15 times and called them at least 4, and I always had the impression nobody was listening. I got told several times that somebody was passing by to fix stuff and nobody ever passed. After two days I learned that there were buttons on each rooms that had to be pressed thrice in order to make something work (heating, hot water, ... etc). Anyways hot water lasted for 15 mins maximum, so we could never shower at the same time or one after another. They should include instructions in the whole apartment. Besides, super noisy, dirty and humid

The worthiest experience in booking.com in my life! Everything is dirty and/or broken. There was no hot water at the checkin, no instructions were provided how to use water heater. When I went to the bathroom, I was attacked by the door in the shower. When I set on a bed I felt in it. When I set o a chair at the balcony- chair leg broke immediately. There is a mold in the bathroom, the shower was stuck with the hair of prev guests, rusty toilet brush without handle and the same look had a toilet trash bin. Dirty sofas, dirty glasses.

two bedrooms, two bathrooms, I would say it's a great choice for two couples who want to be near the center, cafes, and the sea

families with small children will not like the noise on the street, motorcycles riding in the middle of the night. the bed and chair on the balcony need to be fixed

The apartment is the ideal centre of the city! The location is top. It's very big and nice. The beach is 3 minutes far from the appartment. The centre with all of the good restaurants are 1 minute far from the appartment. There are few very nice verandas with sea view.

There are a few things you need to work for- the mattresses are the worst I ever slept. You need to change them as soon as it's possible. There was a very strange sistem with timer for the air- conditioners and boiler with timer and no information about this nowhere. So we spend a few hours to understand this sistem. There wasn't any hot water in the apartment on check- in. The chair on the main veranda is broken. There wasn't any TV which is very strange. So the appartment is very nice but the maintenance is not.
