Everything was clean and staff was friendly. Area is not the best one though, at night doesnt feel safe however the hotel is nice and 24h reception open

"Great location, so-so facilities"

The location was great. 15 minutes walk to main square, shopping and restaurants. 5 minute walk to Peru and Inca rails if going to Machu Pichu. 4 minute walk to train stop.

Bad was shower door was broken and water always leaked out. We as just installed slanted. Brought to attention but nothing happened. Had 9 towels when we checked in. After maids cleaned we had only 2 towels. Mentioned to front desk especially since I needed to put many on the floor due to shower leak. Lady at front said she would take care of it. Went out all day, came back and only 2 towels. Asked kadybat front desk and she brushed me off to guy working there and he brought right away. Shower takes about 10 minutes for hot water to start coming so be patient. Heat in the room is useless son e prepared for cooler evenings.
