We were not allowed to use washing machine and no alternatives were suggested; The front door lock was impossible to operate/lock;

Two-room apartment so there is separation of bedroom and living space. Nice rooftop terrace which is lovely if the weather plays along. Some terrace furniture is provided though not very comfortable, i.e. square chairs without headrest, loungers would have been amazing. All amenities provided. Feels very safe with a separate lockable gate leading up to the apartment. Reasonable price but you kind of get what you pay for, see below ...

The wrong key was in the collection box upon arrival. After a long trip you just want the property key situation to work flawlessly. Obviously this might just have been a one-time occurrence but this communication situation is a red thread with this property. Some amenities could use a bit of pepping up (communicated to the hosts, received no reply). There are wall radiators but that means cold floors (bring warm socks, better yet: slippers to avoid cold feet). What frustrated the most were the unclear instructions regarding the garbage. "Put the trash in the bins". Which bins? The bin under the kitchen sink or did they mean get rid of the garbage in the collection bins outside of the apartment? When I asked for clarification I was instructed to put the bag in the outside bins. But the outside bins should only be used with the blue rubbish bags (official trash bags of the community), however, the hosts only provided a single black bag (no official trash bag). So again, instructions were confusing or at least not helpful. When I asked again for clarification I was ghosted - no response.

The kitchen has several door sized windows that you can open and feel like you are outside and the view is beautiful. It was perfectly located.

The bedrooms was a good size and very comfortabe, but the kitchen was small and there was no desk or chair other than the kitchen chairs and bed to sit on.
