El acceso … la entrada debe ser mejorada

Todo era perfecto! La ubicación , limpieza, comodidad.

La casa era espectacular. Era como si hubiera alquilado una mansión solo para nosotros.

La verdad todo estaba super bien

No está acondicionado para personas con problemas de movilidad y el camino de acceso no me parece el adecuado para un negocio de ese tipo deben informar que es una calle de piedra pegado a un río y salida peligrosa a un puente.

The grounds are nice.

The check in is a disaster. Check in is virtual. there is no one there to help you. I arrived from Thailand, 23 hours in flight to attend a Christmas reunion party in Boquete. Before leaving Thailand, I tried completing the online form, but was not successful so I thought I would do it when I check in with the receptionist. There is no receptionist you have to send a text message and hope someone responds after waiting 20 minutes. Someone did respond. They told us we had to fill in the online registration, I tried twice and kept getting a 404 error message. Then by the time we finally got the keys to our room it was dark. There’s no light over the door so you can see where the key is in it gets in. I was very frustrated. It’s a horrible way to welcome guest with a AI person who identifies himself as Abdul. I will never stay here again. I think Ifé hotel treasures it’s customers they would have someone there to greet them and help them out in case they have a problem. We are 76 and 78 years old. We need help with our bags, dragging them up the steep hill and up the steps. No one was there to help us at all just an AI Responding to text message. There is no security on the grounds whatsoever and the door lock is a very flimsy lock that you can break with a shoe heel I used to live in Boquete. I know that there are a lot of break-ins in that area. I did not feel secure. The owner should do something about the check in and provide some security. All he is getting is profit and no caring about the customer.
