Las escaleras para subir y entrar son muy peligrosas, los escalones muy altos y el espacio tampoco es el ideal. Si llegas a perder el balance te caes y de seguro tendrás una fractura o peor.

Location: perfectly located at just 3 mil driving to center. Not in the middle of everything where it can feel overwhelming but not far away that you feel isolated. Shares common areas: all is very organized and spaces in kitchen are very well marked depending in which room you stay. Room are: stayed in “colibri room”, was good size for a couple. Staff: you barely see them ( place is big so it’s good you don’t get to feel presence ) but are kind when interacting with them.

Shades in room should be blackout. Cleaning services are complimentary and it’s donde only after the third night. Beware that it’s a chain of hotels, motels, villages so they are all named the same and you might get confused when putting waze. Very picky on guest filling forms otherwise , even if you paid, they advise won’t give you access pass if you don’t fill all their forms.

La ubicación es muy buena, el lugar es bastante cómodo. Ofrecen servicio de lavandería.

Es una buena opción para quedarse, aunque el personal es poco empático y les importa más que llenes un formulario que no te mojes por la lluvia. Me quedé 3 noches interrumpidas con ellos, (porque creo que era una buena opción a pesar de todo). Yo estaba embarazada y tenía que ser un lugar cómodo, y lo es. Ahora bien, las 3 veces me hicieron realizar el check in a pesar de que eran noches seguidas que fui tomando casi día tras día, cuando hablas con los recepcionistas parece un bot, no hay alguien que te reciba o con el que comunicarte en persona.

Beautiful design and accommodations. Location was exceptional, easy walk to town. Staff was really supportive via Whstsapp. Really amazing location

I wish there had been a human to call when I ran into problems checking in with the all digital process. Even if the help is an emergency Zoom call in the Philippines, owners should consider having a human available via a call for folks encountering difficulty checking in with digital process. Even if it's a $3 to $5 surcharge.

La habitación limoia, acogedora y espaciosa. Pasamos excelente el fin de semana.

El acceso.

The place is nice, no doubt about it. The river by the side is awesome and sound very nice. The hotel itself is very nice. The problem is the Staff and the manners to resolve to the Customer.

Not good Staff Service. Not in a good mood to Resolve the Issues with the Clients. Ended up Loosing 400 usd because me leaved the Hotel and went to another one and didn’t return the money.
