A bit off messing about tbh codes hadn’t been sent to me before I set off, I don’t have email on my phone, but after a couple of phone calls we gained access to.

Bathroom tiles could do with a wash in largest bathroom, cutlery was filmed, kitchen cupboard had a large black run down the unit front, lounge glass table was al smeared and no tea and coffee 🤣 but we came prepared lol. The smell of weed was over powering. Freezer needs defrosting for future guests. Hope this helps kind regards Nick.

The host was very quick to come and help when I couldn’t get in and friendly, but the property hadn’t sent me arrival instructions before check in which is why I had to call.

Just quite grim. My room isn’t featured in the photos. Very worn furniture, loo seat and shower door both hanging off, shower was terrible, stale smell in the room, horrible towels. I’ve never had this experience on booking.com

Great location

Very basic, not overly clean. Marks on walls and bedding. Photos online make it look better than the reality.

Nothing, it’s cheap and shabby and unsafe.

The front bottom door wouldn’t open despite putting the code in. I was let in to the building by visitors which is a security concern for a single woman traveller. I left after 30 minutes and got alternative accommodation of a similar price in a well known chain which was secure, clean and modern. The owners were completely inflexible and could have refunded 1 nights stay as a gesture of good will but the money was obviously more important to them.
