Serenity Peak chalet

Cabin was new, clean, spacious, and full of fun amenities like the pool, game room, hot tub, and theater. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, a spacious refrigerator, etc. Only downfall to the cabin was its' location. It was not a 2 minute walk to Anakeesta as advertised. You had to drive a few miles down some very steep hills and turns to get to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Other than this, our stay was perfect and amazing and we really loved the cabin.

It seems the cabins were built quickly. They look brand new but the fireplace in the master bedroom didn’t work and we had to call maintenance the first day of our stay. The third night there was a major leak in the bedroom downstairs due to the jacuzzi tub on the main level. Maintenance had to be called again. I think once all the kinks are worked out it will be fantastic. The staff was super helpful!

The home was beautiful! Fireplace and jacuzzi tub in the master- yes please! The kids loved the indoor pool, air hockey, and pool table. The adults were big fans of the hot tub and theater room. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone!

Some things that we wish we would have known ahead of time - there was no disposal in the kitchen sink, so everything had to be thrown in the trash. Of someone (a child) is using the bedroom downstairs- there is no way to communicate unless you go down there. The metal doors on the bedroom is like an outside door.
