"Good location if you are looking for clubs, but not so great if you want a peaceful base"

Good for a base, as most tours leave from Ayia Napa. Clean and organised flat, with AC available.

Although it is a luxury flat, it has plenty of clubs super close to it. Be prepared to not sleep until 2-3am, as the windows are not sound proof.

+ recently renovated + comfortable

- hard to find - no cutlery - hairdryer and microwave had cables for EU socket. thanks god we had our own adapters - we were next to a club, music was very loud until late
