Helis Suites Bitez

I stayed for 7 nights at the Helis Suites, and had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The room I stayed in was beautiful, cozy and clean. The hotel all through is decorated with style and well-maintained. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly, especially the waiter at the restaurant (I don’t know his name, but he has a beard) was very caring and attentive - give him a bonus! :) In general, my experience was amazing, I highly recommended this place.

I would improve breakfasts. For 7 days in a row I had the same meal, and at times I felt guilty for leaving on a plate a bunch of cheese, olives, or bread. I think, giving guests a choice to pick from the menu would be way more pleasing, and you’ll avoid wasted food that guests don’t eat.

Wonderful hotel! Friendly staff! Delicious breakfast! Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms! There is music playing on the grounds.

Every time you have to reconnect to the Wi-Fi. But the wi-fi itself works fine!

English speakers!! Staff were so welcoming and friendly,I met countless new people in Bodrum during my 5 day holiday and I still have to say they were the most welcoming and unforgettable people,cleaned our room perfectly everyday,whole atmospheres just incredible. Thank you honestly

Lovely resort and staff very helpful and friendly. Helped us order dinner when we arrived very late. Hotel and facilities are superb value for money, would recommend.

The lighting on the street could do with some improvement, very dark walking back at night & we were required to use torch on our phone.

excellent property, great staff. my room was far from the main swimming pool and I had bad connection to the internet. The bed isn’t the best because of the void between the two beds. that can be improved. beside these everything was just so nice.
