The staff was nice and friendly

The staff doesn’t give you the key to your room which was quite surprising, and had to accompany us every time which must have been quite tiring also for them since there is no elevator and many floors. The cleanliness room and bed linen were not acceptable. We paid two night and stayed for one…

Location. Friendly front desk.

Unable to lock the room from inside, so you feel vulnerable. In the morning at 8am while deep sleeping the cleaning lady knocked strongly and repeatedly the door several times and end up opening it while we were inside. Why don't use the room's phone instead? No privacy at all.
