Everything was absolutely excellent! Mr. Costas Kanari is an outstanding professional who truly elevates the experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and highly professional. The food was simply amazing, delicious, beautifully prepared, and of the highest quality. We will never forget the unforgettable night at Parelia with Chef George Kataras and amazing atmosphere. A wonderful experience all around!

in every other aspect our experience was wonderful: the staff was extremely polite and helpful, the facilities were of high quality, and the events were very well organized. Overall, we had a very positive stay, but unfortunately this incident overshadowed part of our experience.

During our stay at Costa Navarino, we encountered a serious issue in our room, as from the very first day ants and insects appeared in the bathroom, spreading even onto our personal belongings. We immediately requested assistance from the staff to clean the area, but the following morning the problem had worsened. It is truly unpleasant to wake up and be faced with such a situation, especially in a hotel of this level. We fully understand that due to the strong presence of nature in the area, incidents like this can occasionally occur. However, for a room of this standard and cost, it should not have happened to this extent. After a second intervention from the staff, by the third day the issue had improved considerably.
