Poca pulizia e manutenzione

Hotel carino, personale gentile e ottima colazione. Se dovessi trovare una pecca direi: camera rumorosa, materasso poco morbido e cuscino troppo basso

Posto pulito e ordinato

Hotel Carol , un posto speciale , pochi alberghi sono così silenziosi e comodi , pulizia ottima , tutti i servizi in generale sono eccellenti .

The lady at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming, but the guy working alongside was simply rude, plain and answered in such a bad attitude. The bathroom lacks amenities and the breakfast included is very basic. The elevator and the rooms are outdated. Other hotels in the same area with similar price points have way more to offer for the value. All in all not a bad stay but not a good one either.

Lucio, his father and his sister were just wonderful to us during our 9 day isolation stay, also! the Receptionist was very helpful. I can't remember her name. It was one of the most awful scary times of our lives due to RCCL dropping us off there after we contracted Covid on their cruise ship. Although we are 72 and 78 yrs old- we think that One day we might venture back to that beautiful area. Once again, I want to thank the Owner and family and staff. So glad to be home after what was to a beautiful 10 vacation turned into a quarantine of 19 days. none of the other questions apply
