Staff very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable walkable distance to nice beaches and restaurants.

We stayed three nights in a simple apartment. The staff was helpful, the pool area was clean and quiet. There weren't as many kitchen supplies as we had hoped for and nothing for doing the dishes. Fortunately, the fridge was new and clean.The apartment was clean when we arrived, but there was no cleaning service during our stay, not even the towels were changed. There was a ventilation hole in the roof without a mosquito net and therefore also the soundproofing was missing totally. There was an electricity and water cut-out for a few hours without prior notice. The bed was quite uncomfortable, no place to let towels etc. to dry. The wifi connection was not working all the time. The walking distance to the city center is not easy because of the renovations and narrow streets. La playa de las ballenas is the closest swimmable beach. Even though listed, a safety box, ceiling fan, mobile access and balcony were not available in our apartment. The place looks much better in the photos.

You get what you pay for. Online details of property very deceiving, dirty no happy and very disappointed. Limited internet service.

Staff very friendly and showed me rooms available so I can pick the one I liked. AC works great. Clean rooms. Smart TVs. Near the beach, grocery store and food options.

There is no hot water. But everything else is ok for the price.
