Everything was great

the property was not ready when we arrived. ( i arrived an hour after my arrival time and the room was still not ready) i called and they advised that they will get someone to clean it. we returned back to the room and it was not cleaned good. the bed sheets were not changed the room smelled bad. we had to go to walmart and buy cleaning materials and bed sheets to clean the room ourselves.

Check in was a disaster with them, not providing a check-in code until 30 minutes before and putting everyone in a very anxious state, even after hours on the phone with customer service they also sent me a contract last minute and charge for parking, which was not included in the reservation originally. I booked a stay that was categorized as pet friendly on Hotels.com, the contract that I signed same day said pets were not allowed. The property itself was extremely small and not kept up with, walls had signs of mold, including black ceilings, and there were not even real mattresses on the bunkbed. One had a beanbag and one had an inflatable mattress. I don’t care about this kind of thing, but all the sheets were polyester and Felt like saran wrap. The only saving Grace is that it was across the street from the beach and two blocks from the convention center, where we had to be. We stayed one night and left. If you are not a couple of teenagers, just wanting to enjoy the weekend, close to the beach, this is not for you.

The mattress needs to be turned.

It was close to the water. Great walking distance to alot of stuff.

The fact my tv was broken anf shower head. It never got fixed while i was there. I got lied to the whole time i was there. It was Not the best stay i had there. I feel i need to be compisated with something for the inconvience of my stay.
