The Country Club Residences at Grand Reserve

The property was beautiful, overlooking a golf course on one side and beach on other. The actual unit (Deluxe) was exceptional and had a lot of space for our family (5 ppl). The access we had to the Hyatt Grand enabled us the options of a large resort while only being a short distance away.

The pool isn’t large, but we had access to the Hyatt’s pools so it really didn’t matter.

The property was secure, clean and well maintained. There were enough utensils in the kitchen to make a good breakfast.

The place was breathtaking

The place was clean but could use some improvements We are very particular when it comes to cleanliness when we are staying away from home KITCHEN - The oven was dirty - it seems like they put Easy- Off to clean it but never finished cleaning it The microwave did not work It would turn on but it had no power The blender did not work MASTER BEDROOM - The tub couldn’t be filled with water to take advantage of a relaxing bubble bath BATHROOM IN HALLWAY - The bathroom in the hallway clogged two times and the tub was draining really slow Accumulated dust around the door casing MAIN LIVING AREA - One of the doors to go out to the balcony would not open There is a very strong mildew smell in the elevator and in the entry way

I reserved 2 villas, one in excellent condition while the other one wasn’t. 3 a/c we’re not working properly. Asked for a credit and no answer.

I really appreciated the ease and friendliness of the communication with the manager of the property prior to and during our stay. The apartment was extremely spacious, bright, quite and clean. It was perfect!

There is nothing that we did not like at the apartment and the resort. The swimming pool by the apartment block could have been cleaner but with the ocean within 5 minutes walk we really did not need to use it.

The unit is spacious and comfortable. The views are spectacular. Luxury finishes and decor. Comfortable furniture and beds.

The pool was not usable. My family had to drive to the nearby hotel for pool and beach access.
