Joy Beach House

Amazing, spacious room. Common areas are lovely and overall interior design of the place is sublime. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend.

This beach house is really amazing! They only got 5 rooms and it is clean and stylish. We wanted to stay in a calm little accommodation, that is close to the sea and everything was exactly as expected. We booked a room with garden view but used the shared terrace to enjoy the evening sun. We loved it and would definitely come again. :)

Wonderful, beautiful place. We stayed in the Sea suite with amazing roof terrace and view. Breakfast was wonderful. In my experience hotel breakfasts in Portugal tend to be simple, with limited choice. This was far better, the usual toasts and cereals and then also pancakes, egg and bacon and fresh orange juice. Friendly staff, free parking just outside. Easy walking distance to the town, beach and restaurants. The on site cafe, Sapé, had amazing food, probably best place to eat in town. Sao Pedro de Moel is a charming, low key little resort place, feels very untouristed.

I can´t think how this place could possibly be any better.

A beautiful small beach hotel. Really comfortable and stylish rooms. An exceptional breakfast and really friendly service. Sao Pedro de Moel is a quaint seaside town with stunning beaches surrounding it.

Located on a roundabout. But was generally very quiet.

Breakfast was excellent.

No AC anywhere. No comfortable chairs anywhere including bedrooms. No Coffee/tea making facilities in room. No mini fridge. Noise from builders. Too many stairs for older people. High tech phone app to open doors not good - keys better.

This was the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in Portugal yet!! From the decor to the smells to the super friendly staff it’s an excellent choice for any traveler. I can’t wait to come back!!
