the room. plenty of space and tools that we need to use. cooking tools, cleaning tools... Love the room.

The room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything someone would need for an extended stay. Lots of restaurants and outlets near by. Global center is near by as well

Front desk lady didn't speak a bit of English. Not even the basic required to communicate with customers (Not even numbers they could understand).

The staff were incredible. Special thank you for all of your help Alice, May and Alvin. They were always happy to help! Being from England and speaking no Chinese they helped to support with everything. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms super clean and big bright and airy. A fantastic stay!

The price could have been lower. however, we were staying during the Labour Day holiday, so prices everywhere were extremely high

I liked all of it to be honest and I would most certainly stay there again given the opportunity. I really liked the location of the hotel and the utilities and amenities that were in the room

There wasn't anything that I didn't like because as I said previously it was a good stay with many positive features. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly.
