Older but very comfortable

Just filthy.

The place was not properly cleaned.

If all you need is a place to crash, this will do in a pinch. However we didn’t even have a working toilet, they told us a repair man would come but one never came. Floor and microwave were dirty, sheets stained, mini fridge didn’t shut all the way, no hot water in the sink, several stink bugs and a fly, along with whatever bugs died on the floor. We never even tried the shower, and ended up putting blankets on top of the bed and sleeping on our own pillows. While I’ll never come back, I believe if the staff gave a little more effort to cleanliness and customer satisfaction/service this would be tolerable.

First of all the key card didn't open the door. So they used the master card. (Later we found out that they had a tornado come through the area 4 days earlier & they lost electricity). There wasn't any hot water in the sink. The tv had no useable remote. ( Batteries were corroded). We made the best of it, we just needed a bed for the night. And the shower had hot water. We laughed it off. Hopefully things can get repaired.

our room didn’t have a trash can anywhere and our tv didn’t work. there were super sketchy people in the parking lot in front of our room the whole time we were there. not a bad place if you’re looking for a room last minute like we were, but i definitely don’t recommend

When I checked in the person working was not very nice and did not know the laws on service dogs (insisted I needed to show proof of certification even though there is none). She argued with me on it. It was very late and I was exhausted and just needed to sleep for a few hours so gave in and just paid the pet fee. She told me it was just a deposit and if my dog didn’t destroy anything I’d get my money back. When I got to my room the door lock was temperamental and looked like it had seen better days. When I got in the room, the “wood” furniture looked like it had water damage and other damage already. The towels were disgusting and dirty, the walls had streaks of yellow/brown running down them. It was so gross I used my dirty laundry to dry my hands. I always travel with waterproof blankets because of traveling with my service dog so that he won’t leave foot prints on the bed, but now I was glad to have them as a barrier between us and the bed. It was dirty enough that I ended up brushing my teeth later at a truck stop. I’ve stayed in a lot of cheap hotels because I don’t spend much time in the hotel, so don’t see the point in spending a lot of money on the stay. This was thee worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I actually contemplated sleeping in my car but it was too cold outside and it didn’t seem like a real safe area to do so. Also, my dog made zero mess and didn’t destroy anything and I have not gotten my deposit back. It’s been weeks so I doubt I will.

The place is old and not maintained. Dirty, smelly and not attractive in any way. Terrible place. I am surprised it is listed as an option onyour site. I will be more wary in the future.

Old, never refreshed, dirty and never repainted, bed is uncomfortable, two old smashed pillows, not working microwave, when we asked fir two fresh towels for next day/ 2 days stay/, answer is: housekeeping come at 11. We didn’t need a service, just towels. When I ask the owner fir a roll of paper towel, he gave me one open from the iffice. I was charged additional fees for the dog and deposit of $50 for “ damages. What possible could be damaged ??? The owner were not nice at all. Motel needs to be expected .

The overall stay at this property is terrible the staff is rude and it has roaches also woke up in the morning and my hole room was flooded with toilet water got all my belongings wet and the staff refused to give me my deposit back would not recommend this place to anyone
