The only positive aspect was the availability of public parking near the apartment, which made it convenient to park the car.

The apartment is in much worse condition than shown in the photos. Everything is old and worn out. The furniture is outdated, walls need painting, both TVs didn’t work, and one of the heaters was detached from the wall. There were many more small issues that together created an overall unpleasant experience. The apartment clearly needs renovation and maintenance.
