This is a very nicely done annex, perfect for a few nights away on business with the ability to cook my own meals rather than be reliant on hotel food. Friendly host, clean and well appointed with a great shower...definitely my go-to place going forward!

Really nice area, quiet with beautiful surroundings. Would like to visit again when the weather is warmer. Lovely room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Plenty of space to store luggage in the drawer unit. Tea and coffee was available, wine /beer in the fridge. The host had the room all nice and warm for our arrival, very nice touch. Thank you.

Entrance via the alley way, especially when returning from day out later in the evening maybe bit more lights to make the path more visible. The bedroom bin was hidden behind the curtains, maybe leave it under the hanger stand. Bathroom was cold, the water from the shower sprayed over to the floor. Maybe have a raised floor to keep water drainage away from toilet area.

We had a very comfortable stay. The property was really clever with a small kitchen area. It was so quiet and very dark at night which was perfect for us.

"I had had a long day at the NEC, so finding this safe, quiet haven was absolutely a great relief"
