There was no hot water . You complain but no one listens. Plus no refund for in used nights. I am surprised Expedia or booking promotes thinking hotel

"The experience has been good excepting the AC & fridge issues."

The room was well located and good sized with great view. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The washroom was clean and well sized with good equipment. The dining experience had been quite good considering the ambience, staff attitude and food taste.

The AC and the fridge were not functioning properly. Those were attended by House Keeping Assistant but did not serve the purpose after some time. The breakfast quantity could have been better.

"It’s clean property and can stay if all other are full"

Peaceful, good view of Shiva statue and Krishna fountain . Close to temple on transport and walking is not possible due to slopes.

Market is far and again slopes, so always dependent on vehicle
