Felt safe, exceptionally clean, the bed was so comfy, bedding lovely, tea and coffee facilities, shower and bathroom area clean. Fab location, 5 mins from main tube line (jubilee)

Quite warm in the room so had to open the window and not being from London struggled a little with the noise from the tube during the night.
