Comfy bed, cozy room and great facilities. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with luggage after a long flight.

There is no staff available in the dead of night, not something to worry about but just a note.

Food was great - solid delivery of very nice traditional meals, without being stuffy. They were able to provide an excellent Yuktata for me, I am a very tall, (nearly 2 meters) and this was the first time that the provided yukata in a Japanese stay was well fitting. Amazing service.
