The staff was contacting me throughout the whole week we stayed to ensure our stay was going well and we didn't need anything at all.

Great location & size for a large group

I like the house and the bedrooms and the kitchen

I hated that we did not get to use the pool even though we paid for the heating of the pool . They did not heat it enough and it was still running cold and the kids are the only ones who enjoyed it cold. The adults needed some more warmth .

El que no pudieron encontrar al dueño o responzable de la casa, cuando la cerradura de la casa no servia, dejando a mi familia fuera de la misma por horas.

The house and the pool were nice and fairly well maintained. However, the public pool, lazy river, mini golf were milea down the road (almost 2 and almost 4 miles to different ones). The games in the garage were not playable. Mostly, we were visiting parks and family, so it didn't matter, but several aspects were inflated on the ad.
