Sarnich Cave Suites

Ideally situated in a quiet street, only 5 minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants, the terrace was the perfect place for watching the hot air balloons at sunrise. Our premium 'cave' room was clean and comfortable...tea and coffee making facilities included, drinking water provided, a warm and cosy room - loved the roll top bath in our ensuite bathroom, as well as the shower! Plenty of choice at the Turkish style breakfast buffet, eggs also available on request. Small garden area with seating outside each room was a nice touch. Staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

We asked for additional bath mats which were immediately provided, as our shower door didn't close properly, and a drip from under the wash basin meant the bathroom floor quickly became wet and slippery.

Qualche piccolo dettaglio, principalmente di manutenzione delle camere e una pulizia più accurata dei sanitari dal calcare, oltre al rifare le camere con un po di attenzione in più e mettendo sul letto un piumino più grande che lo copre tutto

施設の方がとても親切で、気さくな方が多かったです。また、朝食会場から見える景色がとても綺麗でした。ご飯も美味しく大満足です。

特にないです。強いて言うなら、ツアーなどはホテルを通さない方がもっと安く取れるとは思うが、予約の楽さや確実性を考えればホテルで取って問題ないように思った。

朝食はバイキング式で美味しいコーヒーやチャイ、ジュース、ミルクなど。スクランブルやオムレツは別途オーダーで熱々を提供してくださる。素晴らしい！広くて清潔、静かで上品なお部屋。庭園も美しく夢の世界に迷い込んだよう。スタップも事前のメッセージのやりとりも丁寧、気球フライトの手配をお願いしましたが快く受けて下さり、すべてが安心して気持ちよく過ごすことができました。帰りにはお菓子（クロム）のお土産まで！またここで過ごしたいです！ありがとう。

古い家屋なのでやむを得ないかもしれませんが、部屋の入口とバスルームのドアの建付けが悪く開け閉めに少々手こずりました。でもそれ以上他が素晴らしく相殺されました。

The room was spacious and very comfortable, and it also featured a jacuzzi.

It was super close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was dark and quiet at night. They had screens on the windows, which was a treat!

The rooms smell like dank cave and need to be aired out more often. They don't automatically offer receipts for excursions and bookings, which can be tricky and relies a lot on trust. The blankets on the beds were too small.

Lieu charmant, soigné que ce soit les extérieurs et la chambre. Personnel très agréables, discrets et prévenants. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec des produits fait maison. Très bien placé et endroit paisible. Nous recommandons vivement.

The breakfast was outstanding, a wide range of food (from fruits to cakes and to a lot of vegetables). Very, very friendly and kind people who run that place.
