Bed a little small for 2

Nothing! It was dirty, we checked in after 3pm and left as soon as we secured another place to stay! Checked out around 5pm.

Dirty towels left in bathroom, dirty mattress, black things on mattress not sure if they were bugs, dead spider on bedspread but looked like it had been hit as there was blood/juice beside it! Orange walls at bottom were brown! I have emailed both booking.com and the hotel itself and been offered £11.83 credits which is disgusting! For a room to be £120 you’d at least expect it to be clean! There was a hoover lying in the hallway and rubbish bags left outside the kitchen door!

The location was excellent and the hotel was spotless and clean

The road works at the front of the hotel and staff ringing about keys that were deposited in the early express box but they couldn't find them
