The smell of mould was sickening it was all over the ceiling. The smoke alarm was not there. The bathroom smelt like raw sewerage. The toilet doors were broken.

the hotel was very clean overall, the receptionist was very kind, and the room was spacious. The rooms are like the photos.

The place is like a maze and there are no signs indicating anything, so it was difficult to find the reception, which is basically hidden. There were no blankets or extra pillows available, the mattress was uncomfortable, and there was no shampoo or toiletries provided in the shower. You can hear everything from outside, and the wooden floors are very noisy, making it easy to hear people walking inside the room.

It was good value for money, staff helped us check in late even though they were having a Christmas party. There was a miscommunication in room capacity so they were able to accommodate us with an extra room at no cost. Very good.
