Easy to access the property. Washer and dryer availability

Doors to bathroom and bedrooms stuck making it impossible for any privacy. Air conditioning kept going on and off every 10 mins. Pool table was outdated and pool sticks were hollow. No water pressure in the shower. Add on bathroom felt like you were outside it was so hot. Bedrooms were so hot at night even with air conditioning on it made it impossible to sleep. Was expected to take the trash out only to have the gate not open and close properly, had to fight to open it. Neighbors played LOUD music on the corner at night-not good when trying to sleep. Stepping into rooms was hazardous due to uneven floors even with the small 'watch your step' signs. Outside property was not maintained. I took video of the property to show the issues. Particle board on the doors were coming off (bedroom and bathroom). Kitchen drawer had peeling of paint (drawer was painted while shut). I don't think anyone has inspected this property since the last review as these are the same issues last posted and they have not been addressed. I picked up my dogs waste and seen where the last guest did not, I also ended up picking their dogs waste up and disposing of it. Air conditioner has not been cleaned or maintained and there was filth on the outside of it. I would hope for some sort of reimbursement for these major issues. When I paid 991.00 of my hard earned money I expected doors to work and more attention to the property issues.

Hotels.com had it as two bathrooms. It was only one and half bathroom. The room with the king bed had a stiff mattress. I didnt sleep well the 4 noghts. Also that room does stay pretty warm though the noghts were cold. Pool table really needs to be fixed. All pockets do not stay on if you hit a ball into it. Also to get to the kids room you have to go through the second room. House was very spacious, all dishes are available however not much pantey room for groceries. We loved the infinity table and Simpsons game. Great location and close to so much. Walking was a pleasure. Backyard offered room for the kids to play and lounge. Ice make works great. The kids loved the ping pong table. It brought much enetertainment.

The house was lovely with games to entertain.

We never could figure out how to turn om the retro game which was disappointing because I looked forward to using it.

We loved hanging out on the back deck.

We needed two full baths.

it’s quiet and close to everything did not have a problem with people around us, matter in fact they were welcoming too and very nice!

honestly there was nothing to complain about
