The location is very good, near Tunjungan Plaza the biggest mall in Surabaya. Room is very convenient and clean. The restaurant is amazing, with many kinds of food you can enjoy. Appreciate to Ms Manda for her good service in restaurant.

Joshele is very helpful and cheerful. During breakfast you have an ice cream machine but why you don't provide coffee machine, as others hotels do? Others services are perfect

"Great experience on my short trip to Surabaya"

Really nice, comfortable and strategic place to stay. I got a high floor with amazing scenery during morning and night time. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Good assistance from the front desk when doing the checked in, and very fast on checking out. Varies of meals provided, with a lot more local foods available. Its a remembrance of my childhood. Will definitely come back for my next holiday trip!!
